Family Medicine
One team for the whole household, with shared records and appointments that fit family life.

Care that covers the whole household
Family medicine means one team looking after everyone under your roof, from newborn checks to a grandparent’s medication review. Records sit side by side, so a clinician treating a child can see the family history that matters, and appointments for two people can usually be booked back to back.
It also means continuity when life is busy. You do not have to re-explain a family situation at every visit, and school or nursery letters can be written the same day rather than after another appointment.
Children and young people
Paediatric appointments are given extra time and are scheduled in quieter parts of the day where possible. Immunisations follow the UK schedule, and we send reminders when each one is due.
Older relatives
We run annual medication reviews for anyone taking four or more regular prescriptions, and can coordinate with district nursing and pharmacy teams when care needs to happen at home.
